A smoother first run: invite code first, agents connected before you start
New users enter their invite code before picking a username, and Zokie makes sure a coding agent and GitHub are connected before the app opens.
Improvements
- Setup now checks that at least one coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI or Cursor CLI) and the GitHub CLI are signed in. If not, pick one and a terminal opens beside the step to connect it.
Fixes
- Onboarding asks for your invite code right after sign-in, before your username, so people without a code no longer hit an error when they choose a name.
