When does Pro become Team?+
They cost the same per person. Just you: pick Pro. Create a team in Billing and buy seats for 2 or more people, and everyone on it gets Team features straight away, on one invoice.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from Billing and your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. There are no partial refunds.
Can I move up a plan or add people later?+
Yes, any time from Billing. Moving up to a bigger plan, you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. New seats on a team work straight away and are billed from your next monthly bill.
Do students get a discount?+
Yes. Email yo@zokie.dev from your official student email, the one ending in .edu or .ac.in, and we unlock Plus for free and Pro at half price. You still need an invite to join Zokie, at zokie.dev/join.
How do I pay?+
Through Razorpay: UPI, cards and netbanking.
Which currency am I charged in?+
Rupees. Outside India the $9.99 price is charged as ₹879 and your bank converts it at its own rate, so your statement can be a little above or below $9.99.
